Soe Mantecon
Hi everyone! My name is Soe. I am a Master's in Nursing student at Herzing University with the goal of becoming a pediatrician. I graduated from the University of Central Florida with my bachelor's in health science.

A few things about me: I am creative and I love learning new things, both inside and outside of my career field. Because of my diverse interests and love for knowledge, I have a unique well-rounded perspective that allows me to approach challenges creatively and effectively.​

I have a passion for helping children. Growing up in a large close-knit Hispanic family I have always been surrounded by them. I have 3 younger siblings and a goddaughter who are my utmost joy in life.

I am a ball of energy with a million hobbies. I like to think of myself as well-rounded. I enjoy baking and cooking. I absolutely love learning about new cultures. I am very artistic; my creative outlets are painting and photography. I also enjoy dancing although I cannot say I am the best at it. I am constantly looking to learn new things, anything that gets my brain working. I adore children and helping others. My ultimate goal in life is to make a difference in the world and own my own bakery.
